Political Parties and Its Impact

The war over the cycle symbol is just resolved between Akhilesh Yadav and his father Mulayam  Singh Yadav. Does this symbol really makes any difference. What does a political party communicate.

India is a country having multiple political party system. But national parties are very less and state parties are too much. There are around 1800 political parties in India but few parties are much more followed and loved than others.

Here is the list of symbols of various political parties which made no sense at all and failed to connect with their voters.

1: Lock and Key

Party: All India United Democratic Front

This political party from Assam probably wante to unlock all the secrets of being the numero uno party in the country which is why they thought of a having a lock and key as its main symbol. This symbol, however, made the people think other wise.

2: Spectacles

Party: Indian National Lok Dal

Spectacles are usually worn by people who  have difficulty in their vision. Keeping this as their party created a confusion in the mind of people whether this party people has  a clear vision about their goals or not… All we know is,  spectacle are never comfortable, be it for individual or the country

3. Top

Party: Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam

The function of a top is to spin and its fun to see it doing it. Not sure if the vote bank for this party would want to see their party spinning and have fun…

4. Bulb

Party: Mizoram People’s Conference

The party seems to suggest that when enlightenment refuses to come from the rays of the sun or a lantern, the best option would be a light bulb. The next option of some party seeking to bring enlightenment would probably be a tube light.

5. Comb

Party: Jharkhand Vikas Morcha

We fail to understand the link between a politics and a comb. Would leave it for readers to interpret.
